Parkingspots.com was launched in early 2008 to help mitigate the overwhelmingly frustrating experience of parking.  Be it monthly or hourly, no one stop resource was available for those with inventory and those seeking it.  It was ludicrous really.   It has to be one of the oldest industries on the planet (even dating back to days of chariots if you really think about it!)  At the end of the day…we all need it.  We all grumble about the price we often have to pay for it.  It’s never convenient enough to find.  It’s everywhere and nowhere all at once.  So our mission has been to evolve the process of parking.  Centralize the inventory.  Expand the available options for type of spots (lots, condos, driveways, apartment buildings etc.).  Take the confusion out of connecting with the owner.  Help folks make money off idle space.  And most importantly, shift the process from an emission heavy exercise of block circling to the green friendly simplicity of just a click of the mouse.
