How does the monthly listing service work?
When you own a smaller lot or an apartment building that holds a whole bunch of parking spots we understand that often the cost of advertising the spots can get pretty high and frankly there are no guarantees against the investment. We offer you the opportunity to list your monthly spots with us at no cost. IN fact there are no costs at all until we successfully connect you with a parking renter. How’s that for cost effective!
Is there a cost to the monthly service?
While there is a cost, the great news is that you don’t pay a dime until we find you a successful renter for your spot. And even then it’s a one time fee – the equivalent of one’s month rent on the spot. After that – you never have to talk to us again if you don’t want. How does the hourly listing service work?
If you are a parking lot operator who would like to get more exposure for your lot and brand then you’ve come to the right place! Our new hourly listing service is designed to map out your location, contact details, rates and hours to help consumers who are cruising urban centers park faster and more efficiently. We help drive exposure to your lot and in the meantime you drive more turns of your spots. A win-win if you ask us!
What happens after I find my perfect spot?
Congratulations!! You will most likely have managed to save yourself a few hard earned dollars AND get to feel great about finding a parking spot on YOUR terms. Now, in terms of logistics, we will forward the parking spot Owner the Renter’s contact info etc. At that time we would suggest that the two parties contact each other directly to coordinate pick up/delivery of any required remotes/access passes etc. and to drop off post dated cheques should they be required.
How much does the hourly listing service cost?
The service is actually based on a volume basis so dependent on the number of lots you want to list with us, we are able to offer you some great costing in some cases as low as $0.30 per lot per month! Talk about a deal…
